At D'Lauré, we are committed to delivering your skincare essentials safely, securely, and on time. Every order is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During product launches, festive seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499 across India.
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email
  • Shipping Confirmation Email
  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the shipment remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate while placing your order.

D'Lauré is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking product
  • An incorrect product
  • A parcel with a broken or tampered seal

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from before opening the package is mandatory for verification. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Currently, D'Lauré ships only within India.

International shipping services will be introduced in the future.
